Fab hotel and location. Very disappointed with room
The hotel was really beautiful, perfect location. Great beer garden. Staff were friendly and helpful
Paying £10 for carpark when we had paid £195 for 1 night yes this did include breakfast but still very pricey, I thought this was because of flower show that’s why were there. The room was tiny. I had booked a comfy double but was really tiny and not laid out well

Good
it was nice most of staff was okay but there was one that wasn't
I. got two sandwiches one afternoon and also got some chips they were covered in salt the waitress asked why I hadn't eaten them I said the salt it was covered she was very off and said have you put it on I said no never offered a refund there should not have been salt on at all some people can't have salt also my husband got up for toilet and she pushed chair in I said he is coming back she just scowled at me it wasn't in anybody way xx
